Luvy, Kami and Wellness Nest are three shilajit brands that people in Switzerland search for by name. They sell three different things: Luvy mainly softgels with 500 mg of shilajit each, Kami a resin in a 50 g jar from a Swiss warehouse, and Wellness Nest a 30 g resin jar from a global warehouse. On 1 November 2026, the price per gram of shilajit ran from CHF 0.66 (Luvy softgels at the pharmacy) to CHF 1.97 (Wellness Nest bought once).

On 1 November 2026, the Shilajatu team read the three brands’ product pages, their shipping policies, and the listings at Coop Vitality, Amavita, Sun Store and BENU. Every figure below carries that date and appears with its source in the source list. We sell shilajit resin ourselves, so we appear in the table on our own clearly marked rows.

How we compared the three brands

There is no single right brand for everyone. Someone who wants to swallow a softgel in the morning is looking for something different from someone who dissolves resin in warm water. So we have not ranked the brands and we give no award, not even to ourselves. We did not buy the products and we did not have them tested. We do not repeat effect claims from sales pages.

For each brand we recorded the same seven points:

  • Form: softgel, drops or resin. The form decides how precisely you can measure an amount and what else is in the pack besides shilajit.
  • Shilajit per serving: the amount the seller states. Where there is no figure in milligrams, we say so instead of estimating one.
  • Price in CHF: the price shown on 1 November 2026 for one pack, from the brand and from Swiss retailers.
  • CHF per gram of shilajit: the price divided by the stated amount of shilajit. We also work out the price of 0.5 g of shilajit, the amount in one Luvy softgel, so softgels and resin can be compared.
  • Where to buy in Switzerland: the brand’s own shop, pharmacy chains, drugstores.
  • Delivery: where the parcel comes from, the stated delivery time, delivery charges and customs.
  • Lab documents: whether a test report is public, from which lab, with which date and on which sample.

To read a report like that yourself, see our guide to heavy metals and lab reports.

The brands in this comparison

  • Luvy Shilajit (softgels and drops)
  • Kami Shilajit Resin
  • Wellness Nest Shilajit (ShilaSource resin)
  • Shilajatu shilajit resin (our own offer, in the table only)

Luvy Shilajit: softgels and drops from St. Gallen

Luvy is a brand of E-Drop GmbH, based in St. Gallen. On 1 November 2026, Luvy’s own shop sold shilajit only as softgels; Luvy Shilajit drops are also sold through pharmacies. Luvy’s shop is in German; the pharmacy listings are in German, French and Italian.

Luvy Shilajit softgels

A pack holds 100 softgels. Luvy states 500 mg of shilajit per softgel and suggests one to two softgels a day, so 0.5 g to 1 g of shilajit a day. One pack therefore holds 50 g of shilajit and lasts 50 to 100 days.

The ingredient list depends on which page you read. Luvy’s shop names magnesium (56 mg), zinc picolinate (1.5 mg), vitamin B12 (1 µg), pectin, glycerin and yeast extract alongside the shilajit. Coop Vitality, Amavita and Sun Store give the composition as “Shilajitextrakt 0.5g/Kaps., Pectin, Glycerin und Hefeextrakt”, without magnesium, zinc or B12, although the French and Italian descriptions at Amavita mention the three additions. Only the pack tells you which recipe you get.

Prices on 1 November 2026:

  • Luvy shop: CHF 39.90 for 100 softgels (compare-at price CHF 59.90), CHF 79.80 for 300, CHF 119.70 for 500.
  • Coop Vitality: CHF 32.90, delivery by post CHF 5.95, free from CHF 49.
  • Amavita: CHF 32.95, delivery by post CHF 6.95, free from CHF 50.
  • Sun Store: CHF 32.95, delivery by post CHF 6.95, free from CHF 40.

All three pharmacy chains let you order online and collect in a pharmacy; their pages say the order is ready after one working day, with no delivery charge. Luvy ships itself with Swiss Post, according to its policy within 1 to 2 working days after full payment, free from CHF 80. Luvy’s shipping page does not state the charge below CHF 80. The product page shows TWINT, Mastercard and Visa as payment options. Luvy also lists local partners, including a drugstore in Meggen and several practices and gyms.

Luvy Shilajit drops

On 1 November 2026 we did not find the drops in Luvy’s shop, but we did at Coop Vitality and BENU. Coop Vitality sells 60 ml for CHF 32.90 and lists “Shilajitextrakt 60%, Glycerin, gereinigtes Wasser und Zitronensäure”. The directions are 0.75 ml twice a day. The page does not say how many milligrams of shilajit one serving contains. By our arithmetic the bottle lasts 40 days, roughly CHF 0.82 a day.

BENU shows CHF 38.95. The BENU page contradicts itself: the title says 60 ml, the description a 30 ml bottle for about 30 uses at 10 drops a day. Ask which bottle size will be delivered before you buy.

Luvy Shilajit reviews and lab documents

We do not reproduce customer reviews. Luvy states on its website that it has more than 40,000 customers; we have not collected any testimonials ourselves. How to read ratings with a critical eye is covered in our article on shilajit reviews and experiences.

Luvy writes that every batch is tested independently in Switzerland and that the results can be viewed in the shop. The softgel page embeds reports from SQTS Swiss Quality Testing Services, which we saw on 1 November 2026, but they cover other Luvy products. Luvy’s “Laborbericht” page for shilajit could not be loaded that day, so we have not read the shilajit report itself.

Highlights:

  • Form: softgels (100), drops (60 ml)
  • Shilajit per day according to the seller: 0.5 g to 1 g (softgels); drops without a milligram figure
  • Price: CHF 32.90 to CHF 39.90 per 100 softgels, CHF 32.90 to CHF 38.95 per bottle of drops
  • CHF per gram of shilajit: 0.66 (pharmacy) to 0.80 (Luvy shop)
  • Where to buy in Switzerland: Luvy shop, Coop Vitality, Amavita, Sun Store, BENU, local partners
  • Lab documents: testing in Switzerland stated, shilajit report not available on 1 November 2026

Kami Shilajit Resin: resin from Mönchaltorf

According to its legal notice, Kami Shilajit belongs to eversmart products GmbH in Mönchaltorf, canton of Zurich. Kami sells shilajit as resin, capsules, gummies and sets, only through its own shop, shilajit-shop.ch, which has an English version. On 1 November 2026 we did not find Kami at any pharmacy chain or on Galaxus.

Kami Shilajit Resin costs CHF 36.00 for 50 g, which is CHF 0.72 per gram. Kami gives the amount as approximately 300 to 1000 mg per use, dissolved in warm water, tea or milk. It does not state a number of servings per jar. By our arithmetic one use costs CHF 0.22 to CHF 0.72, and 0.5 g costs CHF 0.36. The capsules and the gummies cost CHF 36.00 each, and two-product sets cost CHF 68.00 instead of CHF 72.00.

Delivery is free and comes from a Swiss warehouse. The page gives two delivery times: “Free shipping within 24 hours” and, right next to it, ready to ship in 3 to 5 business days because of high demand. You can pay by invoice, TWINT or credit card. The page shows 4.8 out of 5 stars from 189 ratings, a figure supplied by the shop.

On the product page, Kami links a test report from UFAG Laboratorien AG in Sursee. The sample is named “Shilajit Resin” and the report was completed on 14 September 2026. It covers arsenic, lead, cadmium and mercury, plus counts of E. coli, yeasts and moulds. As with any report, it describes the sample that was sent in, not automatically every batch sold.

Highlights:

  • Form: resin (50 g), plus capsules and gummies
  • Shilajit per serving according to the seller: approximately 300 to 1000 mg per use
  • Price: CHF 36.00 for 50 g
  • CHF per gram of shilajit: 0.72
  • Where to buy in Switzerland: own online shop only
  • Lab documents: UFAG report dated 14 September 2026, linked as a PDF

Wellness Nest Shilajit: resin from a global warehouse

Wellness Nest is an online shop that sells shilajit resin under the name ShilaSource, along with gummies and other food supplements. On 1 November 2026 the shop showed Swiss visitors prices in CHF. We found no Swiss retailer for Wellness Nest.

ShilaSource resin comes in a 30 g jar. According to the product description, the pictured pack states 75 servings, and the page suggests one pea-sized scoop in the morning. There is no milligram figure; by our arithmetic, 30 g over 75 servings is 0.4 g per serving.

Bought once, a jar costs CHF 59.00, which is CHF 1.97 per gram and CHF 0.79 per serving. On subscription (“Automatic Refill”), one jar costs CHF 42.00, two jars CHF 38.00 each and three jars CHF 34.00 each. Wellness Nest shows this as CHF 0.45 to CHF 0.56 per serving. According to the description, the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Under the shipping policy, an order is processed within 2 business days and international orders ship from a centralized global warehouse. Delivery usually takes 14 to 30 business days. The local customs office may charge fees and taxes on arrival, payable by the recipient, unless they were already included at checkout. The page offers free shipping on the first subscription order. What ordering from abroad can mean in Switzerland is covered in our article Is shilajit legal?.

On lab documents, Wellness Nest’s product description says its public documentation covers “Pure Himalayan Shilajit, batch AHS2401, dated 5 June 2024” and does not confirm every current resin batch. For your own batch, Wellness Nest refers you to customer service. The page claims more than 41,000 reviews; that too is the seller’s figure.

Highlights:

  • Form: resin (30 g), plus gummies
  • Shilajit per serving according to the seller: one pea-sized scoop, 75 servings per 30 g, no milligram figure
  • Price: CHF 59.00 bought once, CHF 34.00 to CHF 42.00 per jar on subscription
  • CHF per gram of shilajit: 1.97 (bought once), 1.13 to 1.40 (subscription)
  • Where to buy in Switzerland: own online shop only, shipped from abroad
  • Lab documents: archived documentation for batch AHS2401 dated 5 June 2024

Comparison table: Luvy, Kami, Wellness Nest and Shilajatu

At first sight the three brands’ packs cost much the same, between CHF 32.90 and CHF 59.00. Per gram of shilajit, though, they are three times apart, and delivery times and customs differ a lot. All figures date from 1 November 2026. The “CHF per 0.5 g” column is our worked example, not a dosage recommendation.

Our certificate 63849 covers a resin sample from our supplier, dated February 2026. It is not a Swiss lab test and it does not prove the values of every current batch. You can download it as a PDF. Our 240 g and 480 g sizes cost CHF 189.90 (CHF 0.79/g) and CHF 315.90 (CHF 0.66/g).

What the table shows: per gram of shilajit, Luvy softgels at the pharmacy (CHF 0.66) and Kami (CHF 0.72) are cheaper than our 30 g, 60 g and 120 g jars. Only from 240 g do we reach the same range. Wellness Nest, bought once, is the most expensive option in this selection and the only one shipped from abroad.

When another brand fits better

Shilajatu is not the right choice for every buyer. In these cases, another brand in this comparison fits better:

  • You want softgels rather than resin. We do not sell shilajit softgels. Luvy states a fixed 500 mg per piece, with no weighing and no dissolving. Our article Shilajit resin vs capsules explains how the forms differ.
  • You want to collect from a pharmacy or ask a pharmacist. Luvy is available at Coop Vitality, Amavita and Sun Store with pickup after one working day. We offer no pharmacy pickup.
  • You want the lowest price per gram for resin in a small size. Kami costs CHF 0.72 per gram in the 50 g jar; our 60 g option costs CHF 1.05.
  • You are ordering from a pharmacy chain anyway. From CHF 40 to CHF 50 in order value, delivery there is free, and Luvy can go in the same basket.

Shilajatu fits if you want resin with a downloadable certificate of analysis, shipping from inside Switzerland and payment by TWINT. Delivery, prices and pickup in Winterthur are on our Switzerland page. For a wider comparison with other Swiss sellers, see our Swiss shilajit comparison; for Migros, Coop and pharmacies, see Shilajit at dm, Migros, Coop and the pharmacy.

Who should not take shilajit without advice

This applies to every brand in this comparison, ours included. Shilajit is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for children; Luvy explicitly excludes children under 12. If you have iron overload (haemochromatosis), take prescription medicines or have a diagnosed condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist first. More in our article on shilajit side effects.

Conclusion: form, price per gram and delivery decide

Luvy, Kami and Wellness Nest sell shilajit in different forms, at different prices per gram and through different channels. Decide on the form first: softgel, drops or resin. Then compare the price per gram of shilajit rather than per pack, and add delivery and any customs charges. Finally, read the lab report: the lab, the date and the sample should match what you are buying.

If resin is your form and you want to read the documents before you buy, our certificate and all five sizes are on the product page. The code START10 from our newsletter gives you 10% off your first order.

Questions

How much do Luvy Shilajit softgels cost in Switzerland?

On 1 November 2026, a pack of 100 Luvy Shilajit softgels cost CHF 39.90 in Luvy's own shop, CHF 32.90 at Coop Vitality and CHF 32.95 at both Amavita and Sun Store. At 500 mg of shilajit per softgel, that is CHF 0.66 to CHF 0.80 per gram of shilajit, depending on where you buy. Delivery charges come on top, depending on the order value.

How much shilajit is in one Luvy softgel?

Luvy states 500 mg of shilajit per softgel, and the pharmacy chains list "Shilajitextrakt 0.5g/Kaps." The suggested use is one to two softgels a day, so 0.5 g to 1 g of shilajit. Luvy's own ingredient list also names magnesium, zinc picolinate and vitamin B12, which the German composition lines at Coop Vitality, Amavita and Sun Store do not. Check the pack you actually receive.

Where can I buy Luvy Shilajit at a pharmacy?

On 1 November 2026, Coop Vitality, Amavita and Sun Store sold Luvy softgels online with pharmacy pickup after one working day and no delivery charge. We found Luvy drops at Coop Vitality and BENU. None of these pages shows whether a given branch has stock on the shelf; pickup works through the online order.

Where do I buy Kami Shilajit resin?

Kami Shilajit is sold by eversmart products GmbH of Mönchaltorf through its own online shop, which also has an English version. The 50 g jar costs CHF 36.00 with free delivery from a Swiss warehouse. On 1 November 2026 we found no pharmacy or drugstore stocking Kami. You can pay by invoice, TWINT or credit card.

Can I order Wellness Nest shilajit to Switzerland?

Yes. On 1 November 2026, the Wellness Nest shop showed Swiss visitors prices in CHF. Its shipping policy says international orders leave a centralized global warehouse, delivery usually takes 14 to 30 business days, and any customs charges on arrival are paid by the recipient. We found no Swiss retailer for Wellness Nest.

Are there independent reviews of Luvy, Kami and Wellness Nest?

We have not bought the three products or had them tested, and we do not reproduce customer testimonials. The rating counts in this article are the sellers' own figures. Our article on shilajit reviews and experiences explains how to read numbers like these.

Which brand suits me?

If you want softgels with a fixed amount per piece, or pharmacy pickup, Luvy offers that. If you want resin in a small jar at a lower price per gram, Kami offers that. If you care about shipping from inside Switzerland and a downloadable certificate of analysis, you can look at Shilajatu, knowing that our smaller jars cost more per gram.

The questions everyone asks

What is shilajit, actually?

A dark resin that seeps out of rock at altitude in the Himalaya, made of plant matter pressed and broken down over a very long time. What comes off the rock is not the product. Shodhana, the purification step, is what separates the resin from everything it was sitting in, and that is the step worth asking a seller about.

Why does fulvic acid matter?

Fulvic acid is a carrier molecule. It binds trace minerals and is studied as a way of getting them across a cell membrane, which is why the interesting question about a mineral is not how much is in the jar but how much of it arrives. That is the mechanism the research is built on. It is a line of study, not a settled fact, and nobody should sell it to you as one.

How much do I take, and when would I notice anything?

Follow the instructions and maximum daily amount on the label of the specific product. Resin, liquid and capsule formulas are not interchangeable doses. We cannot promise a noticeable effect or a time to benefit. If you take medicines or have a medical condition, discuss the product with a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Resin or capsules?

The range includes resin and six distinct capsule formulas in vegan HPMC shells. Ingredient amounts are listed for each product rather than reduced to one formula for the whole range. One caution: the Sea Moss and Bladderwrack blend contains iodine, so if you have Hashimoto’s or any diagnosed thyroid condition, take that one to your doctor rather than to the checkout.

Where does it come from, and how do I know it is clean?

Our products come from the white-label range offered by established UK supplier Pure Shilajit UK. The supplier describes its resin as Himalayan-sourced. Certificate 63849 from Alex Stewart Agriculture concerns a resin sample tested in February 2026. It does not establish results for every current retail batch or any capsule formula. Current batch mapping remains unverified; the arsenic result needs clarification against the printed detection limit.

Do you ship outside Europe?

We ship worldwide, with one exception: not to the United States. Switzerland pays CHF 6.90, free from CHF 60, shipped from Winterthur by Swiss Post with no customs. Europe and the United Kingdom pay CHF 6.90, free from CHF 150. Every other country pays CHF 14.90, free from CHF 200, without a localised site.
