To be straight with you: BIOnaturis from a pharmacy costs less per gram than our 30 g jar, and the 50 g jars from Kami and Vitalove cost less per gram than our resin up to 240 g. Only at 480 g do we match Vitalove.

What you pay for with us: dispatch from Winterthur as a domestic Swiss Post parcel, a per gram price close to the pharmacy and free delivery at 60 g, a lower per gram price than the pharmacy from 120 g, TWINT at checkout and a published lab report.

Delivery and customs

We ship Swiss orders ourselves from Winterthur, as a domestic Swiss Post parcel. There is no customs duty, no import VAT and no clearance fee, so the price at checkout is the final price.

That is not a given with shilajit: on an order from abroad the CHF 150 traveller allowance does not apply, and Swiss Post can charge import VAT and a handling fee.

Delivery costs CHF 6.90 and is free from CHF 60. It usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. In Winterthur you can also collect your order: choose pickup at checkout and we email you a time.

The lab report

The resin has a supplier laboratory report: Alex Stewart Agriculture, certificate 63849, on a February 2026 resin batch, with heavy metal analyses. We publish it in full rather than show a badge.

It covers that resin batch, not the capsules. With any seller, ask for the report on the batch you actually receive.

How to spot real shilajit

Shilajit is a resin that seeps from rock faces in high mountains and has to be purified before it belongs in a jar. Unpurified resin is a heavy metal problem.

Three checks hold for any purchase in Switzerland, pharmacy, drugstore or online: a named seller with an address, a batch number on the label and a lab result tied to that batch.

Questions from Switzerland

Where can I buy shilajit in Switzerland?
In pharmacies such as Coop Vitality and Sun Store, in online pharmacies, drugstores and brand shops. On 25 October 2026 the 30 g BIOnaturis jar cost CHF 29.90 to 31.95 at the pharmacy. At Shilajatu you order online and the parcel comes from Winterthur by Swiss Post, with no customs, usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Can I buy shilajit at dm, Migros or Coop?
Not in Switzerland. When we checked on 26 October 2026, Migros, Coop supermarkets and dm Switzerland did not list shilajit in their online catalogues; dm Germany lists capsules. Coop Vitality, the Coop pharmacy chain, sold the BIOnaturis 30 g resin jar, as did Sun Store and Amavita, under article number 1150084.
Which shilajit is the test winner in Switzerland?
None. As of 26 October 2026 we found no independent shilajit test from Stiftung Warentest, Kassensturz or K-Tipp, so no product holds a real test winner title. Check three things instead: a named seller with a Swiss address, a batch number on the label and a lab report for that exact batch.
Is shilajit legal in Switzerland?
Yes, as of 31 October 2026. Shilajit is sold in Switzerland as a food supplement, in pharmacies and online shops alike. According to the FSVO, a food supplement needs no authorisation, except for novel foods, and no notification. The seller checks its novel food status in its self-monitoring. Advertising it as a remedy for any disease is not allowed.
How do I spot real shilajit?
Check three things: a named seller with an address, a batch number on the label and a lab result tied to that batch. Shilajit has to be purified before it belongs in a jar, because unpurified resin is a heavy metal problem. A badge or a ranking replaces none of these checks.
Will I pay customs or import VAT?
No. Swiss orders leave Winterthur as a domestic parcel, so there is no customs duty, no import VAT and no clearance fee.
How can I pay?
With TWINT, a credit or debit card, or PayPal, in francs at the Shopify checkout.
Who should not take shilajit?
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, children, and anyone taking medication or living with a condition should ask a doctor first. Shilajit is rich in iron, which matters with iron overload.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Unopened goods with the seal intact can come back within 30 days. The details are on the returns page.

The questions everyone asks

What is shilajit, actually?

A dark resin that seeps out of rock at altitude in the Himalaya, made of plant matter pressed and broken down over a very long time. What comes off the rock is not the product. Shodhana, the purification step, is what separates the resin from everything it was sitting in, and that is the step worth asking a seller about.

Why does fulvic acid matter?

Fulvic acid is a carrier molecule. It binds trace minerals and is studied as a way of getting them across a cell membrane, which is why the interesting question about a mineral is not how much is in the jar but how much of it arrives. That is the mechanism the research is built on. It is a line of study, not a settled fact, and nobody should sell it to you as one.

How much do I take, and when would I notice anything?

Follow the instructions and maximum daily amount on the label of the specific product. Resin, liquid and capsule formulas are not interchangeable doses. We cannot promise a noticeable effect or a time to benefit. If you take medicines or have a medical condition, discuss the product with a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Resin or capsules?

The range includes resin and six distinct capsule formulas in vegan HPMC shells. Ingredient amounts are listed for each product rather than reduced to one formula for the whole range. One caution: the Sea Moss and Bladderwrack blend contains iodine, so if you have Hashimoto’s or any diagnosed thyroid condition, take that one to your doctor rather than to the checkout.

Where does it come from, and how do I know it is clean?

Our products come from the white-label range offered by established UK supplier Pure Shilajit UK. The supplier describes its resin as Himalayan-sourced. Certificate 63849 from Alex Stewart Agriculture concerns a resin sample tested in February 2026. It does not establish results for every current retail batch or any capsule formula. Current batch mapping remains unverified; the arsenic result needs clarification against the printed detection limit.

Do you ship outside Europe?

We ship worldwide, with one exception: not to the United States. Switzerland pays CHF 6.90, free from CHF 60, shipped from Winterthur by Swiss Post with no customs. Europe and the United Kingdom pay CHF 6.90, free from CHF 150. Every other country pays CHF 14.90, free from CHF 200, without a localised site.
