Where we ship

Worldwide, with one exception: we cannot deliver to the United States. Switzerland, Europe and the United Kingdom pay GBP 7.00 at checkout, free for orders of GBP 140 or more. Every other country pays CHF 14.90, free from CHF 200, with the site and support in English only.

How orders are packed and dispatched

Stock is held rather than made to order. An order may be dispatched directly by our UK supplier or by Shilajatu from Switzerland, depending on the product and available stock. It is picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 working days. The clock starts on the next working day after your order rather than the moment you press the button. Glass is packed for the post, because an amber jar loose in a box is a jar that arrives in pieces. You get an email with a tracking number when it leaves.

One rate per order, not per jar. Two jars in one order ship for the same price as one, which is most of the reason the bundles exist. Rates are set in Swiss francs and free shipping is judged on the order subtotal in francs; checkout converts the amount to your currency. Shipping is shown in full at checkout before you pay, and it is refunded with the goods if you withdraw from the whole order.

How long it takes

Add the two halves together. Packing, then carriage. An EU order placed on a Monday is typically out of the door by Wednesday and with you before the weekend. The windows in the table are the carrier's working day estimates and exclude the day of dispatch, weekends and public holidays.

They are estimates, not promises, and a customs queue or a strike can push them out. What is not an estimate is the legal backstop in the terms: if we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract, you can set a short further period and then cancel for a full refund.

Before you order across a border

Duties and import charges

Orders may leave from our UK supplier or from Shilajatu in Switzerland. Import VAT, customs charges, carrier clearance fees and product restrictions can therefore depend on the actual dispatch route and destination. Checkout and your invoice show the amounts collected by Shilajatu. Authorities or the carrier may set other amounts. Check the destination country's import rules before ordering.

If it goes wrong

Risk sits with us until the parcel reaches you. If tracking stops moving for a week, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to info@shilajatu.com and we replace it or refund it. Broken glass and a seal that arrived already open are both that, and neither is something to make do with. You do not have to chase the carrier yourself, that is our job. Sending an order back for any other reason is covered on the returns page.

The questions everyone asks

What is shilajit, actually?

A dark resin that seeps out of rock at altitude in the Himalaya, made of plant matter pressed and broken down over a very long time. What comes off the rock is not the product. Shodhana, the purification step, is what separates the resin from everything it was sitting in, and that is the step worth asking a seller about.

Why does fulvic acid matter?

Fulvic acid is a carrier molecule. It binds trace minerals and is studied as a way of getting them across a cell membrane, which is why the interesting question about a mineral is not how much is in the jar but how much of it arrives. That is the mechanism the research is built on. It is a line of study, not a settled fact, and nobody should sell it to you as one.

How much do I take, and when would I notice anything?

A rice-grain portion, dissolved in warm water or under the tongue, once a day. A 30g jar lasts two to three months at that dose. Shilajit is not a stimulant and nothing here works like one, so the honest unit of time is a month rather than an afternoon. If you want the caffeine experience this will disappoint you.

Resin or capsules?

The range includes resin and six distinct capsule formulas in vegan HPMC shells. Ingredient amounts are listed for each product rather than reduced to one formula for the whole range. One caution: the Sea Moss and Bladderwrack blend contains iodine, so if you have Hashimoto’s or any diagnosed thyroid condition, take that one to your doctor rather than to the checkout.

Where does it come from, and how do I know it is clean?

Our products come from the white-label range offered by established UK supplier Pure Shilajit UK. The supplier describes its resin as Himalayan-sourced. Certificate of Analysis 63849 from Alex Stewart Agriculture, Liverpool (ISO 17025 accredited analyses) covers the February 2026 resin batch: arsenic 0.02, cadmium under 0.2, lead 0.44 and mercury 0.03 mg/kg. It covers the resin only; the capsules are not independently tested.

Do you ship outside Europe?

We ship worldwide, with one exception: not to the United States. Orders to the United Kingdom pay GBP 7.00, free for orders of GBP 140 or more. Switzerland and Europe pay CHF 6.90, free from CHF 150; every other country CHF 14.90, free from CHF 200, converted at checkout.
